Evelyn,
Most, but not all of us suffer some degree of constipation.
I personally need to take 10-12 Herblax every night to move my bowels.
I never got any treatment for this from doctors that has worked so I had to
take matters into my own hands after not going for several weeks.
I still have really bad days with bloating.
My worse pain right now has been under my left rib, almost feel like 9
months pregnant most of the time. It is very intense bloating and pressure
pain.
I also take Prilosec for severe heartburn.
I don't know what you are referring to when you say "staining" unless you
mean he can't hold it when the liquefied stool decides to come. When I
finally can go I cannot hold it and must get to a bathroom right away
however if I decrease the Herblax to try to get it more solid then I can't
go at all.

Hi everyone,
As I don't suffer adhesions myself but my son does I have a silly
question to ask, does eveyone suffer from constipation and if so do
doctors label you as having constipation. The reason I asked is Zacs
paediatrian says he has it. A short time ago he had the tube down the
nose and his bowel flushed out completely. Not even 14 days had passed
and his bowel was loaded again with staining. Is this normal
constipation?. I would appreciate any feedback. Regards Evelyn.
