Dearest Evelyn,
I do agree with Jo on the diet and exercise. But it is very hard to make a
child follow a diet as through my experience. If you email me I will have my
son talk to yours on line also and maybe they can share their experience as
we were talking about this just the other day finding someone with some of
the same problems. My son has his own email address so I will have to wait
till he comes home from school to get it to you.
