I'd say 'welcome' but I'd rather none of us had these problems ;0)!

So, I'll just say.....glad you found us! The only 'correct' way to use this site.....is to USE it. Scan for messages from Helen Dynda, the wonderful lady that posts all the articles with info and great links. Otherwise, we're here to listen, offer advice and, most of all, commiserate!

My best advice is to keep at your doctor! Get pain relief that doesn't require ER visits. Go to a pain magmt. doctor and NEVER feel that you are alone!

There are so many 'incidental' disorders that seem to go with ARD: Crohn's, IBS, migraines, etc. Just don't give up!

I don't get on line everyday, but feel free to e-mail me privately if you wish. And put your story on the adhesions quilt.....sometimes it is the easiest way to help find someone with similar circumstances.
