Dear Nancy:

I really appreciate getting a response from a fellow Canuk, as you understand the state of our health care system here. Sometimes I think it would be so nice to be able to just pay for our own health care and get it NOW, rather than these horrible waits.... Would you please read my post to Helen (warning-it's very long!) as it explains where I'm at.

Thanks for the laugh! My Chow does the nuttiest things too, and always makes me smile when I've had a bad day. I think God gave me my dog to remind me daily not to be too self-absorbed! She gets really goofy sometimes and it's like she's trying to cheer me up.

I think it's very kind of you (and the other gals) to be helping me when you are already suffering yourselves. Best wishes.
