A THANKSGIVING PROMISE

I have decided that a full year of suffering with no results and no
answers is long enough. I am promising you all that, now that I have
lost my job and have nowhere to turn for employment due to my condition,
I will push to have ARD recgonized by the AMA and /or Federal
government.
All I am asking for is this:
When I send out a questionaire to you,you will ALL ANSWER IT as soon as
you can, so I can forward it to the proper authorities.
I do not mind doing this as long as I have your support!
I will send out a questionnaire soon.
Please plan to answer it truthfully to help me help us all.
