ANY surgery can cause adhesions, so yes, your groin hernia operation may have
caused adhesions. Depending on where they are, and what they're binding or
obstructing, adhesions can feel like;
A tearing or pulling pain, both constant or acute (sometimes this type of
pain is noticeable when you sneeze, or go to the bathroom, or move/stretch
in a certain way).
A stabbing pain.
A sense that you have "something" inside you pressing on other things (I have
adhesions on my R Femoral nerve, the largest nerve going down the front
of your leg, and they feel like I have a baseball inside me, crushing
everything in the area, and causing a sharp "pinched" nerve pain).
A deep, terrible ache.
Others may have descriptions to add to this list. I'll add you to my prayers.
