Hey Mary
I have learned alot so far I drink tons of water walk a mile a day and
do yoga everyday.I could not eat for months I lost about 157 lbs. altogether
now.I just make myself do these things everyday no matter if I am in severe
pain or a 5. I try so hard to live with this crud. Sorry thats what I call
ARD I feel like it had taken control of me but now I try to control it i talk
to them as if adhesions can hear LOL but it helps my mind and my will to get
myself up and moving no matter what and sometimes it feels like all my
insides are laying in the street I just stop and take a break. Thanks for
