Thanks robin for the info. I was HOPING someone would respond to me!
So I have already noticed some pulling sensations, I am worried they are already
returning, and it sounds like it's entirely possible, so if I can do it again I WILL
(I mean have them taken down).  I think it works well, for me.  I know
some folks do not agree, but I guess like the old saying goes, whats
right for one person isnt right for another.
