Any injury to the pelvic area as well as endometriosis can cause adhesions as I know, because I had them wrapped around my cystic ovaries even though my partial hysterectomy was done vaginally. I also still had some endo that he found with the adhesions when he went in laparoscopally to remove my ovaries.
It's frustrating and unfair and down right depressing, but that's the reality of it.
Just don't give up. There are a lot of caring people here ready to give you a shoulder to cry on. And, sometimes, make you laugh!
