Dear Kelly, I know what you mean about falling apart! I also have problems with my knees. The inside of my knee cap is rubbing on the femur, on both knees!! I did physical therapy for a while, but, it didn't seem to help. I go back to the ortho dr in 5 weeks to discuss other options. Even though I am on morphine & vicodin for the adhesion pain, my knees are still really painful. I also don't sleep well at night. I hurt during the night & sometimes, I am just "awake". I think that is the meds causing that, because when I am off pain meds, I sleep fine. And of course, I have sever constipation from the meds, which causes more pain. I am in a catch 22, no pain meds, pain, pain meds, get constipated, pain. Life just keeps happening!!! love robin
