The gal I go to actually does have a machine to massage them. She called it a precushion something. My insurance pays for my massage treatments. I know its hard to stay positive, but NEVER give up hope. I'm not. Hugs, Christy

The reason being that most of our adhesions are so deep that it is impossible to massage those areas. Why put yourself through the torture? If this actually worked I am sure that someone would have come up with some type of machine or something to sell that would do the massaging for you. It is possible I suppose that it could work on surface adhesions....but I am even skeptical about that. My personal opinion is that it is just another way to take your money. Sorry I can't be more positive.
