I know absolutely nothing about fistulas, so I can't help you with that. Maybe if you go over to the ob/gyn forum and search the archives you might find the answers to your questions - I know I've seen questions posted there about fistula complications.
I'm sorry that your neighbors were partying so much. For some reason I've noticed (about myself) that the more rest I get the better I feel overall. I don't think the pain necessarily gets better, but I can just tolerate it better if I'm not too worn out. Try to catch up on your rest if you can.
