Welcome to the site. The pain you described is exactly the type of pain I experience and mine is caused from adhesions. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I do pray that you will find some form of therapy that will help you achieve a better chance at a normal life. I know how you feel and it's so hard not being able to do all the things we used to do without ending up in enormous amounts of pain. The spasm type pains that you were describing that last about an hour. I get that mostly when I'm stressed and or over done it. Which sad to say doesn't take much these days. I'm also in the process of trying to figure out my next course of action. My adhesions are caused from endometriosis and surgery due to the endo. I have a 4 and a 1 year old so I feel really limited to my choices right now. This is a great place to hear from others and learn from each others experiences.
