I am in Australia, so I can't help you out as far as finding a doctor to help you :-(, but I do want to extend my hand in friendship and let you know that I and the others here on the board will offer you as much support, love & understanding we can muster. The advantage is that we understand your pain & frustrations. My medical system is different, but I have amented with many of my US & Canadian friends about the frustrating time you have finding the right doctors who understand and can help you.
If you are feeling down or looking for comfort & company, come across to http://www.bombobeach.com and go to the "Beach Club Chat" room.... maybe if you are lucky, there will be a few of us in there just being pain crazy, or actually offering advice based on our own exerience or some of the things we have learned through doctors, physiotherapists etc.... that have actually helped ease our pain. There is also a "How to Cope" section here too that you might find helpful. :-)
It's a great comfort to now you aren't alone in this isn't it? I remember when I found this site, I just cried buckts & buckets of tears. I have made some wonderful friends in here who have helped me through some painful times.... I hope we can do the same for you....
