Dear Dusti

Welcome to the IAS Message Board. You will find a lot of information, love & understanding here. Depending on how you heal, it could take a couple of days to a week to recover from Lap surgery. It sounds like adhesions will be found again. I have bladder problems because adhesions are attached to them & constipation from the pain meds I take for the adhesion pain. I have had 3 c-sections, hysterectomy (total), & a couple of open abdominal surgeries for adhesions, a few(7-8) lap surgeries for adhesions and hernia repair (open abdominal). My next surgery will hopefully be with DR Korell in Germany. He is using Spraygel to help prevent adhesion reformation & is getting great results. When you have surgery for adhesions, you need an expert. They use special technics that will help reduce reformation. I wish you luck & will be praying that this surgery will help you. robin M
