Kit,

You definately need more than that. I had an IUD right after my daughter was born in 1976. The cramps were as bad as labor pains. I finally talked my dr into takeing a look because I could not take the pain. He did and found that my IUD was embedded into my uterus. So to make a long story short, I will never use and IUD again. After that I went on BC pills until my tubal ligation in 1987 which started my adhesions. When the doctor does a pelvic on me I am in tears due to the pain. What is your doctor going to do about the hole?
