Adhesions begin to form immedeately and yes being too active after a surgery can help Adhesions to grow faster. Stress also plays a BIG factor in Adhesion growth rates! Your best off if you take your time and allow your body to heal properly even though you yourself are feeling better,,, doesn't mean the Adhesions will be better.
