You need to go to your ob/gyn especially since you are pregnant and in pain. It could be so many different things that I could not begin to give you an answer. I worked for an ob/gyn for 4 yrs and the one thing I do know is that when pts called and they were pregnant and in pain the dr wanted to either talk to them or have them come in right away. I don't want to scare you but at this point no one but the dr after an examination can give you an idea. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
