Help - how can I get better from this?

I have only been dealing with these killer adhesions for 3 months - but
it is so debilitating I may loose my job, can't play with the kids, etc.
I am going to have to have surgery I think just to try to improve my
quality of life. Not to be down but how can I get better from this?
