Judy if you cannot take it hon, talk to your Dr and I am sure you will be sent on the right track, be it if you choose out of the country or in the states, but from what I am seeing and hearing Germany or Austrailia would be your best bet. In your medical position I would hate to see you lose your practice etc.... If you choose the other country, someone posted it takes 3 months to get a passport unless yoy pay extra.
