I had an enterocolysis done last summer. It was not awful. Once you get the tude (very thin tube)down it is really nothing to it. The only thing that happens is when the barium hits your colon it keeps right on going. I barely made it to the bathroom. My test only took about 15 minutes because I have rapid transition so my small intestines are very fast.

Don't stress yourself out concerning the test I have had worst. I think a barium enema is worse.
