My surgeon has me on Advil (ibuprofen) 3 times a day; and I have found a good reduction in pain. I still must watch what I eat. While it seems strange that Advil might do more good than an opiate, it seems to have done so for me.

I would think that Vioxx and Celebrex - very effective arthritis drugs - might also be of help with adhesions.
