Morning Robyn,

About all I can say is take it day by day. I have no meds either NONE, except ibuprofen. I went to the doctors 2 weeks ago and this is what they gave me. I called them the day after and said it of course isnt workin and the soonest they could get me in for pain meds is Oct15th..Its pretty overwhelming to think of going a long distance without pain meds. I have been pretty much dealing with no pain meds off and on for 9 months now.

All i do is take it day by day. Deal with the pain today..as best as you can. And dont worry bout tomorrow until it comes

Hugggz Lori
