Helen, He gave me a video tape of the procedure. He thinks my cells are not right and says the cure is to drink more water and quit smoking. Give me a break. He says its the cells that are causing the pain. I think this is BS. Is it possible for a surgeon to open you up and find nothing. I've seen the report from my last surgery - the laporotomy which they had to open me up because there was so much scar tissue. How strange for the majority of my pain to be where my ovary use to be. I have a video of the surgery. Also when I first saw this gyno he was knowledgeable of adhesion and knew they cause pain so I felt very optimistic about him. My other concern is that I've been off work since 9/30 due to pain and when i see if post-op next week is he and even my regular doc think I'm ready to go back to work. I can't sit for that long with out being in pain. I just don't know what to do. Thanks, Robyn
