Dear Jackie, Since you've had Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), it is very likely you have pelvic adhesions known as Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome.

I have already posted some websites about adhesions caused by PID. You will find a photo of this kind of adhesions at: http://home.cfl.rr.com/dahmd/fitzhughcurtis.html

If all of your diagnostic tests are negative - for abnormal pathology, then adhesions are very likely the problem; but surgery is not necessarily the answer; because each surgery for adhesions will only cause more adhesions to form and increase your pain.

Surgeons in Germany are able to offer an ARD patient the best chance to become adhesion-free; but even they cannot guarantee the result of a surgery for adhesions!!
