Dear All

I hope you were able to enjoy your Thanksgiving Day. I am wishing all Happy Holidays!! I usually enjoy the whole month of December starting with putting up my Christmas Tree the Sat after Thanksgiving. That has been a tradition with my family since I was a child. I have a 7 ft artifical tree that I have been using the last few years since I havent been "well". My daughter Leigh Ann took over decorating this year, but, it makes my heart sink knowing I can't keep up with all the decorations. I did put our 1st Christmas together ornament on as the first one to be placed on the tree every year. I let her finish decorating the tree. Each of the kids have a box of ornaments of their own and put their own ornaments on the tree. Since they were born, my Mom & I both give them an ornament every year, so when they move out on their own, they have their own ornaments. I usually make ornaments for all my neices & nephews and several friends children each year. I usually make 45 ornaments a year. This year, I bought my kids ornaments & that is all I am up to. At the time, I really didn't even feel up to going to the store. I have done most of my Christmas shopping on line & have everything shipped to my house. My dear Dan is going to finish the shopping up for me. Today is our 19th anniversary. We plan to go out to eat & I just hope I am not in too much pain to enjoy it. I have another Dr appointment tomorrow to talk about different pain meds. I was just there 3 weeks ago & the Dilaudid 4 mg with vicodin 10mg and the Duragesic patch 75 are just not doing it. I have also occationally (with the knowledge of my Dr) have a weak mixed drink that does help. I just can't keep my pain under control & spend most of the day in bed. I pray for Love, Hope, Health and Happiness for all my friends here, now and for the New Year. Love robin M
