Joyce,
Last April, I had left flank and abdominal pain also. I had the whole
urology work-up too. I went back to my surgeon and he did a laposcopy
on me and he had to open me up because of all of the adhesions. He said
that it was through the grace of God that he didn't rupture my colon. Do
you have a good Doc that will understand your pain?. I have been seeing
my internal medicine Doc for eleven years now. He really understands me
because I also have fibromyalgia and his wife also has it. Maybe you
could find a good internal med Doc. Do you know that it is a law now
that your Doc has to treat your pain according to how severe it is? I
think you need to talk to a Doc that will understand you and tell him
about your quality of life and how it is effecting you. Please try to
find one. I know what you are going through. I hope I have helped. You
will be in my prayers.
