Due to taking pain medication daily I often get impacted, even though I
take mirolax, eat high fiber food and drink prune juice. Someone told
me that they heard that a coffee enama was better than the fleet enamas
that you buy. They said that no only did it cleanse you but also got
all the toxins out of you. Has anyone else ever heard of this or tied
it? As it stands now I am having to be put in the hospital to get
cleaned out and I hate that. Does anyone esle have any suggestions?
