I had open heart surgery in Jan. 2001. Thereafter, I had surgery for
an aortic aneurysm. There was no problem after that surgery. Then in
June 2002, I had surgery for two abdominal herinas. Since that time I
have experienced off and on pain in my stomach. Sometimes it does not
bother me at all and other times it is a stabbing pain. I might mention
that I had the mesh put in my stomach. I have heard that it takes a
year to recuperate from this surgery. Is this true and is there any
relief in sight. I do not want to go thru anymore surgeries. I
recently had a CT scan because I was having pain in the lower left
quadrant. The Ct was negative. I would appreciate an answer, either by
