Can Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant Cause Adhesions?

My first & most important question is, can Spinal Cord Stimulators cause adhesions?

If not... Do they work for pelvic/abdominal pain? I've tried to research this and have found info on it being used for other areas of the body, but none for pelvic/abdominal.

Are there any doctors and/or websites with info about this?
