HI Rebecca,
Welcome back. I have a simular problem to yours that is now complicated
by chronic partial small bowel obstructions. I will be having laprascopic
surgery with DR Gerhart & DR Reich here in pa on 2/14. They have been so
good explaining everything. I havev had a subtotal colectomy in 1998 due to
my colon not moving @ all due to adhesions. Now I have chronic diarehea when
I'm not obstructed. I was hospitalized two weeks ago & the surgical resident
told me horror stories about TPN. Not that I believed him but there are a
lot of people I know that hve been on TPN. Please do not give up we are here
for you & I consider you & the rest of the website as my extended family. If
were not for them I would have comitted suicide by now.
