Dear Jess and Mandy, SprayGel is a new barrier made by
Confluent. It has been approved in much of Europe, but is
still undergoing tests in the U.S.A: http://www.confluentsurgical.com
I've had it used on me as a barrier in Germany along with gasless
laproscopic surgery by an expert, Dr. Kruschinski and it worked
really well. Unfortunately, even though I've had some pain free
times since my adhesion surgery, I've also had appendicitis which
has caused more adhesions probably. Good luck, Sally Grigg
