Any relief?

I had a difficult appendix operation eight years ago (round the back -
couldn't be found!!). At first I was getting a "pull" when I bent, only
every couple of months, which resulted in pain for a couple of days, but
now I am in constant difficulty. I have to be extremely careful getting
down, and sitting causes pain after a while. I am also having bowel
movement problems now, until I get a good "clearance" the pain builds
up. What was an occasional problem has now become daily. I have only
just discovered this forum, and would appreciate any help to get relief.
I am worried that eventually this problem may stop me driving, as
sitting at the wheel for a period is now uncomfortable.
