Take charge of your adhesion-related health problem(s)!! Unless you, as a sufferers of ARD, arm yourself with information about ARD, how will you know for sure if your doctor is telling you the truth about ARD???

The only way for you to know the truth about ARD is to learn as much as you can about the specific health problems you have been afflicted with as a result of developing adhesions

As you educate yourself about ARD, offer your doctor(s) information about ARD that you've printed out from information that's available at this website.

Also make an effort to tell your doctor(s) about the abundance of adhesion related disorder information that can be found on the International Adhesions Society (IAS) website.

The re-designed "new look" of the IAS went online on March 20, 2003; and the process of re-designing of this website should be completed shortly.
