I'm getting really desprate. I can't deal with this any longer. I have
had to deal with partial small bowel obstructions since Oct 2001. I
have had 4 surgeries on my abdomen(lap-gallbaldder removal, 2 c-sections
and a ureter retattached to my bladder). I spent 4 days on the hosptial
in January of this year due to adhesions obstructing my small bowel. My
doctor doesn't want to do anything about them, she said basically I have
to live with them--I can't, I'm so depressed because of this. I get so
sick, throw up till I dehydrate and have so much pain, its getting where
I'm having a hard time functioning when I have these obstructions. I
have two small children and am trying to finish college. I want to find
a doctor that will take me seriously, because I'm at the end of my rope.
I would like any suggestions on what I should do.
