Dear Heather,
Have you heard that 14 adhesion sufferers from the U>S> have gone to
Germany and been made adhesion-free by a wonderful skilled surgeon, Dr.
Daniel Kruschinski? To find out about it, go to the Home Page of the
adhesion board, click on the right hand margin on the "Endogyn" logo.
Beg, borrow, or cash in your savings (as I did) to finance the trip. Get
someone to take care of your children, and if possible take a companion
with you especially for the trip over and for a few days after (they do
not need to stay the entire 10 days, as you will meet other pts and
their companions and everyone there helps each other). I was so
desperate before I went, I could not imagine living another 20 years
with that level of pain. Now I am 8 weeks post-op and I have two
part-time jobs and I still get tired, but I am able to function and no
longer feel like jumping from a cliff. e-mail if you want more
information. mary lou
