I, too, had pain running down my leg on the right side. It caused me to walk with a limp. I could feel it all the way down to the bottom of my feet. That pain went away after I had a hysterectomy. The explanation was that the adhesions were pulling my uterus and a nerve was pinched. I tend to believe it because the leg pain hasn't come back.

Good luck! I hate to admit it, but the hysterectomy solved that particular problem.
