Hi Caryn and welcome to a great forum! I just found it a few weeks ago and have found a wealth of information by reading the posts and doing searches. I can't thank the people that bring this site to us enough!

I too have the belly that looks like I'm several months along :(. I'm small too - five foot 2 inches and 108 pounds and losing :(. I am usually 120+ but since my hysterectomy, I'm having trouble gaining the weight I lost from the recovery back :(. I look like Colista Flockhart (sp?) on the verge of delivery lol! It's actually not funny, it makes me very sad and it's not attractive in the least.

My belly is larger on the left than the right. Most of my pain is on the left where they removed a cyst from my ovary in Feb. It's a noticeable difference in size. I wonder if the adhesions can make it swell more? I have no idea.

I do go back to my GYN next week thankfully! He's the absolute best doctor I've ever had and after being given the runaround for weeks by my primary care clinic, I'm hoping he can help get to the bottom of this pain.

Sorry to ramble. Welcome to the site and I look forward to getting to know you!
