Elevated ESR.......for John

Dear John,

I read the message you posted about your elevated ESR. As you probably already know, an elevated ESR indicates there's inflammation of some kind going on within your body.

Doctors will tell their patients that an ESR is a nonspecific diagnostic test - and, from my experience, that's all I was ever told. How about you?

There is only one test that will diagnose adhesions: a diagnostic laparoscopy. Surgery (of any kind) will cause adhesions to form...including even a diagnostic laparoscopy!!

If you would like to share more information with me, I may be able to offer my opinion as to what you are dealing with. You have my permission to contact me by email (olddad66@runestone.net).
