Right now there are surgeons that use spraygel in Germany. It's a substance that they apply after they remove adhesions. It allows healing to occur before things get stuck together. Yes, it does require surgery and I would be willing to do that again as soon as this new technique becomes available in the U.S. A lot of women seem to go to Germany for the procedure. Unfortunately, this is cost prohibitive for me. It's ironic how my insurance would pay for an infinite number of surgeries done the "old" way, but would not pay for one procedure in another country that may prevent subsequent procedures. As I mentioned earlier, I think I can stick it out until that new technique becomes available in the U. S. I tried to get into a clinical trial, but was told it has been suspended. The don't anticipate FDA approval for at least two years.
