thanks, Kelly, yes I do agree with you, when I can keep moving past the pain, I have several good weeks.

I also believe in visualization, I "see" myself with little lasar guns, and I go inside my body and zap the suckers away!, since I have pictures of my insides, I know more what they look like and where they are.

I used to jog 5-8 mails a day, and be very athletic, and now, only good days, I can walk a mile to the corner and back, sometimes!
