Microsurgery/Laser surgery

I have been dealing with adhesions since 1972. I did not know what they were until a few years after my 1986 hysterectomy. I won't go into my trials and tribulations because you all know what agony adhesions can bring. I am new to this site. I did not even know that there was an online organization - I am grateful for it because it is educating me and I do not feel so isolated.

I have a question about microsurgery and laser surgery. A friend told me she had had this done several years ago (she had to have the procedure done twice) and has been pain free since. This sounds too good to be true. Part of the description is as follows:

"Microsurgery

This highly specialized area of surgery is useful in surgically corrective infertility. Such areas would include tubal reanastomosis after tubal sterilization or surgical removal of scar tissue and adhesions due to pelvic infections, endometriosis, and so on. We have a great deal of training and experience in this area."

Anyone out there know about this?

Thanks, TAS
