liz: I notice that you mentioned that your hysterectomy ended your pain. I've been told by drs that I need one. Also have sometimes severe rectal pain and lower back pain (possibly from drain scarring in cul de sac during surgery). Many people advise me not to have hyster due to more adhesions. You say it ended your pain. Did you already have adhesions there? Did the hyster cause adhesions? How long ago was it? I'm interested because I'm trying to make a decision. Was also considering just having the fibroids removed and keeping uterus but was told fibroids will come back. Also told that uterus should come out when I get lysis so adhesions dont re adhere to uterus. In a total state of confusion and trying to make things right so i can possibly have a better quality of life. Any input anyone has re this would be so appreciated. Thanks. yes, 28 yes..... same as my Hysterectomy...and yes, pain in the pelvic region , plus I have pictures now to PROVE I am full of the sticky mess!
