You can read up on Dr Kruschinski at: http://www.adhesions.de/ Helen is = a listed supporter of this site. Helen & Beverly Doucette (sorry if the = spelling is wrong) are pretty much pioneers in this field and they are = filled with information about ARD. Of course, this is a personal decision, but the more informed you are the better.

There are several reasons that your regular Gyno should not perform the = adhesyolisis. If you are going the route of surgery, the doctor needs = to know the best way to treat your adhesions, most don't as they don't = encounter these surgeries too often. These specialist (listed below) = are pretty much pioneers in their field, and I think are very challenged = at trying to be the first one who has very long term success. So far = I've heard about a lot of short term successes from these doctors, but = of course, only time will tell.

Read Dr. K's site about the gasless procedure that he performs and why = he performs it. You will really have to read both sides of the story = (some do extremely well by this procedure - and some do not). Unfortunately there are no guarantees, but we all hope that some (preferably all)will be lucky enough to have relief for good. Helen has = advocated to me a couple years ago to read, read read. Be informed, and = of course in the end, it will all be a personal decision. There are many people you can email with as well, they can give you their stories. =

Best of luck and happy reading!

Janine

Hi Janine and thanks for your reaction. I'm in the Netherlands so Germany would be an option. Why are regular Gyneacologists not qualified to do the job? I'm new at this site and should still do some research. Where can I read up on Dr. Kruschinski? Also I didn't see Helen's name in the list of contributors to this forum. I'm ready for a next appointment with a my gyneacologist, but she's = the one that outruled endo based on an echo (both internal and external) = and I've learned in the meantime that that's not according to the book. We're going to move to another town soon and I think it would be better to wait and find a new doctor there.

Anyway, thanks again,

Carpe Diem
