Hi Susan;
Have you tried pain management? If not, please do so! Having
surgery every 2 years is not the answer! The more surgeries you
have the worse your adhesion problem will get! You should read the
adhesion quilt as there are people who have done what you are doing
and now regret it due to the severity of their problems! If you
truly are going to have the surgery done, look into having it done
with a specialist, NOT the normal GYN. There are new barriers out
there that help better than some or none, and there are specialized
doctors here and in Germany that have a much better success rate
that the normal GYN. PLEASE GET INFORMED BEFORE your next surgery!

I am about to have my 8th surgery. I have to have surgery about every
two years. Hopefully, this time there is no hernia involved, which has
been the case on the last 3 surgeries. I have intense pain that I
ignore for a few months so when I show up to my GYN he knows it time to
do it ASAP.
