It doesn't hurt once the therapist gets started it feels really good and is
relaxing. I have severe abdomnial pain and this has helped me tremendously.
It is worth a try. My pain specialist suggested I try it and it is helping.
My therapist suffered for 10 years from ARD and has been pain free for many
years now.

Cheryl, what do they think the massage therapy will do for the
adhesions? I have never heard of this before, it sounds interesting but
I don't know that I could endure the pain of the massage in that area.
