It could be or it could be joint pain or arthritis. Have they checked for

So, is it possible that the adhesions are causing this pain? I need
something to take to the doctor so that he believes me. HELP/ I go back
to him on Wed. I have had shots for my back and nothing is helping.
Anyone who has a suggestion, please write.
