Re: adhesions vs endometriosis

Thanks to everyone that has replied to my post.

I have done yoga off and on for 5 years. When I do it on a regular basis, between 3 and 5 days a week, I notice a huge improvement in my pain and digestion. It can be hard to start going and to continue to go when the pain is bad, and you have to stretch slowly and gently (Iyengar yoga is the best) But is really worth it. I will continue to post on this board and let you know how it works for me. I am thinking about having a lap to burn off the large tough adhesions and then continue my yoga practice to help them not come back. It is a slow process (like years of daily practice) to break them up with yoga when they are old and tough.

Again, Thank you -Cecilia
