I don't think doing your daily routine happens anymore. It's more like a modified routine. Like housework is miserable, all the bending it takes. So I basically do one thing at a time. Vacuuming can become to much too, so I do one room at a time, instead of the whole house. And I have learned to sit between cleaning. Sometimes the job gets finished sometimes it waits until the next day. You just have to learn to adjust what you do, and take time to make sure you don't over do it. When you over do it, you get laid up twice as long, and that's not worth it.

Some are worse off than others, so everyone has to find their medium.
