Hi, I had a bowel obs. when I was 23. My bowels were
strangulated in 5 places. I actually threw up stool out
my mouth.. I thought the devil had possessed my body.
I have had 5 major surgeries. I am now 51 and I am becoming
dependent on laxatives weekly... seems like melt down is
the only way to get things out! 2 months ago I had the
colonoscopy which I flunked. the doctor only could go as
far as the ovary area on my left side. I totally came
out of the twilight anesthesia and told him to stop. He
said he couldnt see anything. I have kaiser permenente
insurance. I am wondering if the new test the virtual
colonoscopy would be a better test? Do these thing keep
growing in there? Its been 13 years since my last surgery.
Any advice would be welcomed. Have a Drs. appt. on march
29th got to keep my self "moving" until then. I am
really stressed out. Thanks for listening... Robyne
